POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for conducting demos, sales, and training in the Needle-Free-Injection-System (NFIS). He / She will also be responsible for answering queries, if any, from healthcare professionals. The individual will be responsible for creating awareness about the product apart from closing the sale and positively impacting customer satisfaction. Develops long-term positive customer relationships, building brand/product loyalty and confidence in the Needle Free Injection System. Post Sales, the Product Specialist will be responsible for developing a strong relationship with doctors and thereby increasing utilization.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily visit doctors to introduce our Needle Free Injection System and follow-up regularly.
2. Conduct Product Demonstration, Present Clinical Studies & Answer Queries, if any.
3. Collaborate with supporting team members and negotiate / close the order.
4. Provide detailed training to the doctor, nursing staff and administrative staff.
5. Handholding the healthcare professional during administering the initial 5 – 10 patients.
6. Follow-Up with doctors regularly to ensure maximum utilization and thereby meeting Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Objectives.
7. Develop relationship with Key KOLs/KBLs & conduct CMEs, RTMs etc.
8. Assist in brand promotion & conduct vaccination campaigns, corporate tie-ups etc
9. Readiness to travel anywhere within geography of the city/state as required.
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Science discipline.
b. 2 to 6 years of experience in sales / product specialist / application specialist
c. Experience with Pediatrician and Vaccine sales would be an added advantage.
d. Patient, persistent and detail oriented with strong verbal communication skills.
e. Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member.
f. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
g. Must be able to contribute as a strong motivated individual contributor.
