Seeking a dynamic Sales Professional for Orthopedic Medical Implants!
- Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore (covering South Region)
- Experience in selling hip, knee joints, and orthopedic implants
- Proven track record in meeting doctors and visiting surgeons
- Specialize in selling medical device equipment used in the orthopedic segment, including hip and knee joint implants and other orthopedic implants.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the southern region.
- Identify and target orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers as potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of orthopedic implants.
- Provide technical support and guidance to surgeons during surgeries to ensure optimal use of implants.
- Offer post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons and key decision-makers in hospitals and surgical centers across Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and other cities in the southern region.
- Visit doctors and surgeons regularly to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth within the southern region.
- Analyze sales data to track performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Strong understanding of orthopedic anatomy, surgical procedures, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the southern region, covering cities such as Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and others as required.
