Medical Representative
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age: Up to 28 years
Qualification: Any Graduate or D. Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals.
Area Business Manager
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Age: Up to 35 years
Qualification: Any Graduate or D. Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to achieve sales goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Salary:
- Minimum 3.50 LPA for Medical Representatives.
- Minimum 6 LPA for Area Business Managers.
- Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA): Up to 1 Lakh/year for Medical Representatives.
- Incentives: Up to 2-3 Lakhs/year (subject to performance).
- Medical Insurance: Zero cost.
