Job Purpose –
Drive the institutional & corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from injectable & intensive care market and handling competition and identifying the market dynamics to generate annual business of 50-70lacs through customer engagement.

Major Activities / Tasks
- Identify institutional KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
- Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers
- Develop team through various training on brand development and therapy initiatives
- Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers
- Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
Relevant experience:
- 3+yrs of pharmaceutical sales experience in Critical Care segment (antibiotics; anti-microbials; injectables)
- Individual contributor role
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age should be less than 36
- No of companies less than 4
- Science Graduates preferred
