Person having experience in Anesthesia or Critical care is must at same level, Stable candidate with organization of repute.
Job Description:
1. Drive the sales team for the Achievement of Sales Targets
2. Review activities, sales and other parameters with respect to KRAs to ensure that it is achieved within the defined time frame.
3. Regularly meet the key customers and KOLs.
4. Identifying and developing strong relationships with key stockiest, referral chemists, doctor / trade / other associations and key influences of his / her zone.
5. Ensure development of region as profit Centre by analyzing reasons for variance and guiding the sales team.
6. Periodic sales targets review on regular basis and address the shortfall in achieving these targets and accordingly take corrective action.
