POSITION DESCRIPTION:
IMPL is looking for a Product Specialist who will be responsible for post-sales follow-ups in assigned territory. He will also be responsible for providing training support and handholding to doctors and healthcare professionals. He will be creating awareness and positively impacting customer satisfaction. Maintains a good understanding of customers’ needs. Develops long-term positive customer relationships, building brand/product loyalty and confidence in IMPL as a preferred supplier.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow up with clients after sales for training and support.
2. Provide handholding support to doctors and healthcare professionals.
3. Develop strong relationships with Doctors and Healthcare staff
4. Update local Business Development Executives (BDEs) about recurring orders from clients.
5. Inform Issues/Complaints if any to the local BDEs and Regional Manager
6. Detail Oriented with good communication in English, Hindi and local language.
7. Humble attitude with patience and helping personality
8. Must be open to travel and own a two-wheeler.
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Technical Diploma holder.
b. Fresher to 2 years of experience in healthcare industry.
c. Detail oriented with humble and helpful attitude.
d. Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member.
e. Must be able to follow instructions properly
f. Good Communication in English, Hindi, and Local Language
