Regional Manager: Key Accounts – Corporate Hospital Business ( Pharmaceutical Sales)

  • 8+ yrs. experience in Key account management – managing key accounts of private/corporate hospitals.
  • Should have experience as a people manager in pharmaceutical sales (second line manager) and in Key account management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify key contacts in corporate accounts through effective customer profiling.
  • Build quality relations and manage key stakeholders across key accounts, by interacting with decision-makers, influencing the formulary (Purchase, pharmacy, therapeutic committee, KOLs)
  • Customize the offering of portfolio and value-added services for key accounts, by leveraging Ciplas capabilities across therapies & functions
  • Oversee smooth operations for servicing key accounts and ensure order fulfilment (incl. managing ASUs and depot processes), and facilitate compliance requirements with commercial team.
  • Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
  • Collaborations across therapy teams
  • Must participate in all Rate contracts and in negotiations to get max SOW
