Regional Sales Manager -Diagnostics -Chennai in Cipla ltd

Job description

  • Identify key contacts in corporate accounts through effective customer profiling.
  • Responsible for engagement of customers
  • Analyse business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors.
  • Drive sales target of Diagnostic Instruments
  • Control & monitor team performance towards compliance and ethical working by engaging the team and tracking their performance
  • Manage external customers to ensure business development through support generally aiming at developing and implementing business growth opportunities

8+ yrs. experience in Diagnostic sales – Molecular/IVD/POCD are preferred.

– Should have minimum 3yrs. people manager experience
