Key Responsibilities:
- Dynamic Sales Manager with clear objectives of –
➢ Team Management
➢ Market development (Medical Institutions, Corporate hospitals)
➢ Customer Development (KOL management, Liaising with Commercially influential persons in
key institutions
Defining Long term and Short-Term Goals for the region
- Forecast & achievement of sales objectives
- Key stockist management inventory and outstanding
- Recommendation for the addition and deletion of stockist based on merits and demerit
- Planning and implementing 100 % HCP coverage
- Manpower planning and structuring
- Recruitment, induction, training and development of KAMs
- Strategize Business plans and team development
- Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
- Define operating rhythm of the region – plan, monitor & review
- Keeping abreast about company products, category, services, and commercial terms
- Negotiation skills, comprehension of complex business tasks
Minimum Qualifications: - Preferably BSc / B. Pharma graduate with MBA an added advantage
- Minimum work experience of 8-10 years in progressive pharma sales and Minimum 2 years as first
line manager. - Good track record with handling Key Accounts.
- Must be willing to travel both within city & out-of-station (approx. 50% – 60% of the time).
- Risk averse, Ability to adopt in agile start up environment.
- Good English communication skills & Fluency in local languages an added advantage.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office & CRM tools.
