- Skills: Strong communication skills.
Relevant Experience:
- Years of Experience: 7-10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role as a regional team leader.
- Competencies:
- Strong people management skills.
- Effective communication and analytical abilities.
- Decision-making effectiveness.
- Problem-solving attitude.
2. Area Business Manager
Location: Chandigarh, Jallandhar, Rohtak, South Delhi, West Delhi, East + North Delhi, Gurgaon
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: B.Pharm / B.Sc. / D.Pharm (Preferred)
- Experience: Associated with a maximum of 3 or 4 organizations.
- Skills: Strong communication skills.
Relevant Experience:
- Years of Experience: 6-8 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role as an area team leader.
- Competencies:
- Proven experience in managing a team and driving results.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
3. Therapy Manager
Location:
- Haryana: Ambala, Faridabad, Rohtak, Gurgaon, Hissar, Sirsa
- Punjab: Amritsar, Bathinda, Chandigarh, Jallandhar, Ludhiana, Mohali, Patiala
- Delhi: East Delhi, South Delhi, West Delhi, North Delhi
- Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh: Jammu, Mandi, Kangra, Shimla

- Experience: Associated with a maximum of 2 or 3 organizations.
