- West Bengal: Kolkata, Howrah
- Other: Howrah
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: B. Pharm / B.Sc. / D.Pharm (Preferred)
- Experience:
- Regional Business Manager: 7-10 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role as a regional team leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Area Business Manager: 6-8 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role as an area team leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Therapy Manager: A minimum of one year of experience in pharma sales.
- Professional Background:
- For Regional Business Manager and Area Business Manager: Must have been associated with a maximum of 3 or 4 organizations.
- For Therapy Manager: Must have been associated with a maximum of 2 or 3 organizations.
- Skills:
- Regional Business Manager: Strong people management, communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Area Business Manager and Therapy Manager: Good communication skills.
