HQ – Mumbai (All Areas)

Job Purpose :


Identify key contacts in Corporate accounts through effective customer profiling
Build quality relations and manage key stakeholders across key accounts, by interacting with decision-makers, influencing the formulary (Purchase, pharmacy, therapeutic committee, KOLs)
Customize the offering of portfolio and value-added services for key accounts, by leveraging Ciplas capabilities across therapies & functions
Oversee smooth operations for servicing key accounts and ensure order fulfilment (incl. managing ASUs and depot processes), and facilitate compliance requirements with commercial team.
Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
Collaborations across therapy teams
Must participate in all Rate contracts and in negotiations to get max SOW
Drive the corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from IP market and identifying the market dynamicsRoles and Responsibilities
