Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical Market.
- Ability to engage doctors through Scientific Knowledge
- Excellent Customer Connect & ability to explore business opportunity
- Ability to coordinate & conduct Scientific webinars, CME & other customer engagement activities
- Ensure achievement of budget, new product launches
- Effective Team Handling/Retention / Development of team of SBMs
- Achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
- Handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
- Good Track record & Consistent Performer
- Hand-on experience in launching a new product
- Willing to travel extensively
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Pharm/B.Sc/Science Graduates with atleast 5 years of experience in Pharma Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
