1.Zonal Sales Manager for Lucknow , HQ with our Ortho Segment (Covering Lucknow and Gorakhpur region).
2.Zonal Sales Manager for Hyderabad HQ in Ortho Segment (Covering Telangana and Andhra Pradesh).
3. Zonal Sales Manager for Patna HQ with our Ortho Segment (Covering Muzaffarpur, Patna and Cuttack region).
4.Zonal Sales Manager for Nagpur HQ with our Ortho Segment (Covering Nagpur, Bhopal and Aurangabad region).
5. Zonal Sales Manager at Mumbai HQ with our Ortho Segment (Covering Mumbai, Thane, Pune ,Ahmedabad).
6. Zonal Sales Manager for Delhi HQ with our Ortho Segment (Covering Delhi, Rajasthan and Meerut region).
Below would be the Job Responsibilities of the desired candidate:
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
- Training To The Field Staff
- Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning
- Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
- Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
- Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
- Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level Managing CFA
- Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats
- Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with GM, and Zonal HR for the same
Critical attributes / qualities :
Negotiation skills, Co-ordination, leadership, problem solving, result orientation, Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate
