1. Deliver results as per organization objectives
2. Build a sustainable enviorment for growth & performance
3. Study of market potential, market share to plan zonal objectives & allocate targets & budgets accordingly to the team members
4. Incentive planning & facilitate and motivate team to earn incentive
5 Emphasizing on field activities in terms of doctor coverage, repeat coverage, doctor & chemist call average & thereby driving 100 % field compliance in zone
6. Strong KOL / internal stakeholder management
7. Strong on driving execution and compliance
8. Effective follow up and review mechanism to ensure execution/ achievement and avoiding derailments.
9. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including computer skills- MS office and email
10. Proactive approach for actionables & contigency management
11. Idetifying people development areas and working on them.
