Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is a Pharmaceutical Company, located in Mumbai, currently we have a opening for the position of Zonal Sales Manager for Mumbai HQ with our Gastro Segment (Covering Mumabi, Pune belt and Gujarat region).
Below would be the Job Responsibilities of the desired candidate:
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
Training To The Field Staff
Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning
Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level
Managing CFA
Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats
Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with GM, and Zonal HR for the same
Critical attributes / qualities :
Negotiation skills, Co-ordination, leadership, problem solving, result orientation, Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate
Note: Candidates having experience dealing with Gastro Products is a MUST.
