Role Responsibilities:

Manage existing Key Accounts:
- Meeting the existing key customers (Business high volumes and complexity) and analyzing customer requirements and developing business.
Business Development:
- Responsible for identifying key accounts by qualitative analysis, and initiating customer meets to identify customer requirements and conversion of prospects into Roche clients. Includes mapping Roche Custom Biotech portfolio relevant to biopharma companies e.g. Instruments and reagents used in in-process control; products related to release testing and QC. Bio Industry’s new portfolio related to mRNA. Identifying unmet customer needs and appropriately positioning Bio industry products.
- Identifying and network with key account customers (decision makers) and build relationships, thereby promoting business. Also responsible for interaction with Top professionals from Bio Pharma, IVD companies, transnational accounts
- Conduct Competitive analysis by studying the competitors and provide valuable inputs to secure key accounts clients
- Managing complex Bio Pharma, IVD companies, transnational accounts
Execution of Strategic Business Plan
- Responsible for Territory Business Analysis and planning for new product launches
- Execution of the sales promotion plan
- Development and Implementation of Regional Specific Strategies
- Properly record of all the sales promotion activities and their expenses along with the sales generated from the promotions (feedback on efficacy of the various campaigns)
- Responsible for driving Regional Marketing activities (Cedex Connect Refresher Trainings)
Conduct Awareness Programs:
- Instrumental in Conducting seminars, conferences and customer meets for creating and awareness and for promotional activities
Others:
- Understanding regulatory environment and signing Confidentiality disclosure agreement.
- Responsible for designing pricing strategy
Who You Are:
You will have a successful and considerable proven track record in collaboration and building businesses, acquired in the healthcare industry. To be considered for this role, you will need a Degree or equivalent in biotechnology or related field and evidence of your success in service delivery; a proven track record of developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to the highest decision making level, leading to successful business outcomes. A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to prioritize and deliver, you can drive change and adoption of new concepts.
With confidence and passion, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate with maximum impact.
Resilient, tenacious, you strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. As the Zonal Manager – BioIndustry Roche Diagnostics India & NM, you will be expected to demonstrate We@RD dimensions and help evolve the functions culture beliefs as part of the India journey.
Experience required 5+ years of experience in Pharma manufacturing, BioPharma sales of which at least minimum 2 years’ experience in pharma manufacturing/biopharma sales, strong technical background will be advantage preferably in a multinational company)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharma manufacturing/biopharma sales, strong technical and biopharma process understanding will be advantage.
